Presentations:
Making Dreams Come True:
Success has many ingredients--preparation,
responsibility, integrity, loyalty, courage,
desire and the ability to endure setbacks in
order to achieve eventual victory--but it
all begins with a dream. In this
presentation, the author uses the fictional
horses in her books as well as lives of
great race horses to illustrate that “If you
can dream it, you can do it. If you can
imagine it, you can achieve it.”
The Writing Process
Ms. Cocquyt talks about the writing
and publishing process. She examines
the hero’s journey in literature and
how through either words or deeds
each of us writes our unique story
in the ledger of our daily lives.
Honorarium: $250/half day (plus
expenses) This includes three
45-minute presentations plus book
signings. |
